The Gigabyte C621 Aorus Xtreme motherboard supports multiple graphics cards and from the marketing material that has been provided, it seems that you can install up to 7 graphics cards. This is not a gaming CPU so it is unlikely that you are going to buy one of these. 28 cores would be overkill for gaming and most workloads that you might face on a daily basis.

The motherboard needs two power supplies in order to take in 1600W and the CPU itself has a TDP of 255W. That will increase significantly when you overclock the 28 core CPU. The motherboard has plenty of ports and connectivity options and while we are not sure regarding the price or availability of the motherboard you can expect it to cost around $2000.

Talking about the consumer chips, Intel’s upcoming 11 generation graphics are much more powerful than the previous integrated graphics solutions. Intel is also releasing chips that do not have a graphics part. The company is also going to release dedicated graphics cards in 2020.
