Formula 1 Makes Its Way in Real Racing 3, Available to Play Right Now

Formula 1 has now made its way in Real Racing 3 and it is available to play right now for free. EA has partnered with Firemonkeys Studio to bring the Formula 1 experience in the mobile game.

The new addition of Formula 1 will see all of the cars that are officially in the current Formula 1 season along with all of the official drivers. You can select whichever team you want to join, or drive any car that is special to a team. This means that you can get your hands on the top three teams this season, Mercedes, Ferrari, and Red Bull Racing.

The announcement comes in time with the Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2019, which is this weekend. In the official press release, Joe Donoghue, the General Manager of EA Firemonkeys talked about the exciting partnership that brings Formula 1 to Real Racing 3.

The partnership between EA Firemonkeys and Formula 1 is an incredibly exciting opportunity for our players to experience the next evolution of the game in a new and innovative way. This collaboration means that fans of Formula 1 can for the first time ever access and play as their favorite Formula 1 teams and drivers in Real Racing 3

Here are the key features of the Formula 1 expansion:

  • All 10 Formula 1 teams, cars, and drivers will be available to play in-game
  • Players will be able to select which F1 team and driver they want to play as, including six-time Formula One Driver World Champion, Lewis Hamilton, and four-time Formula One Driver World Champion Sebastian Vettel
  • To coincide with the FORMULA 1 ETIHAD AIRWAYS ABU DHABI GRAND PRIX 2019, the Yas Marina Circuit will debut in-game as the event happens in real-time
  • Four additional 2019 Formula 1 Grands Prix across iconic Formula 1 circuits (including Monza, Silverstone, and Suzuka) will be playable in-game
