The first major update 5.1 for Final Fantasy XIV: Shadowbringers is arriving today which is bringing the new Eden’s Gate Raid to the game. For the update, Square Enix has temporarily made the servers of the game offline but for players who cannot wait to jump back in the game, Square Enix has shared some brand new images from the Eden Raid for them to check out.
Square Enix has not released any detailed information about the new Eden’s Gate raid at this point however we know that the raid will support eight players and it has to be completed within a time limit of 90 minutes. Players will need to be at least level 80 and their items must be level 425 or above to easily clear the raid.
In Eden’s Gate, players will go beyond the boundaries of Norvrandt and explore the Empty where they must wield the power of Eden and redress the balance of the elements. Empty is a land which has been drowned in the primordial light of the Flood. You can check out the new images shared by Square Enix in the official patch notes of the new update.
