Fallout 76 The Wild Appalachia

Bethesda has just launched the Wild Appalachia update for Fallout 76, as this is the first major content update added to the game since its launch last year. Bethesda also added that this is the first of many new content updates that are to come later.

The Wild Appalachia update introduces a new questline, couple of daily quests, a new crafting system, and various balances to gameplay and adjustments.

To start with the questline, it is called Wasted on Nukashine, where players will be on a journey to uncover the secrets of a post-apocalyptic alcohol. Upon completion, it will unlock a new brewing and distilling crafting system. Players can then make all sorts of wine, spirits, beers and mixed drinks to give them positive or negative effects in the game.

Along with the questline, there are many new brewing and distilling daily and weekly challenges for players to complete. Here players cane speak to Biv to continue experimentation and occasionally learn new recipes. This is of course, after completing the Wasted on Nukashine questline.

In addition there is also a new season event quest called Fasnacht Parade. Here players will travel to the town of Helvetia to aid the local Protectrons as they prepare for the annual Fasnacht celebration and parade. Guide the bots to the end of the parade route to claim new loot, which may include new C.A.M.P. plans, and gain a change to earn a fantastic Fasnacht mask. Though the Fasnacht Parade is a limited time event and is set to run from 19 to 26 March.

Lastly, among various balance and adjustment changes, a new reporting tool has also been added to the menu, where players can report cheaters, griefers and exploiters to Bethesda while playing the game.
