Meridiem Games has announced the special boxed edition release of its dystopian point-and-click adventure game ENCODYA for PS4 and Nintendo Switch. The special box edition will release in Europe exclusively through partner stores this autumn. Developed by Chaosmonger Studio and published by Assemble Entertainment, ENCODYA follows the adventure of street orphan Tina and her robotic sidekick Sam-53.
Meridiem Games will use its vast publishing experience to create, manufacture, and distribute the special boxed edition of ENCODYA for sale across partner stores in Europe. Additional details of the boxed special edition will be released at a later stage however you can check out the gameplay trailer of ENCODYA below:
In ENCODYA, you step in the shoes of Tina who is an orphan with nothing to call her own. She is all alone in the world apart from her guardian, a large robot named SAM-53 who protects her from dangers and keeps an eye out for her. The world she is living in is controlled by tyrannical corporations and both of them must make the best of their circumstances in order to turn the dystopia into a lively utopia once more. You will need to rely on Tina’s wit and SAM’s metal muscle to progress in the game and leave the life of homelessness and scavenging behind you.
ENCODYA is currently available on PC, Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. At this point, there is no additional information announced about the special boxed editions however we can expect Meridiem Games to share additional details soon. For the time being, you can check out the digital release of ENCODYA at your desired platform. If you want to add the physical edition to your collection, you will need to wait a little longer.
