Crash Team Racing: Nitro Fueled might be getting several new characters in the game as after a list of characters was posted on Resetera. We knew that Spyro was already headed to the game, but a data miner has claimed that they have found a mention of quite a few characters in the game’s latest update.
The list of the datamined characters includes the following:
- Baby Coco
- Baby Cortex
- Baby Crash
- Baby N.Tropy
- Baby-T
- Chick
- Emperor Velo
- Gnasty Gnorc
- Hunter
- Nina Cortex
- Pasadena
- Rilla Roo
- Ripto
- Sorceress
- Spyro
- Stew
- Von Clutch
- Willie Wumpa Cheeks
Beenox had previously announced that Spyro would be coming to the game. The datamined list of characters includes Spyro, which makes it a strong case that the rest of the characters would also be coming soon to the game.
It is also unclear if Beenox will release all the characters at once or plan to gradually release them over the course of the year. the characters also look to be a part of the upcoming game events. Once such event is already live in the game and is called the Nitro Tour Grand Prix. The event saw the addition of a new track, Twilight Tour, and a new playable character, Tawna Bandicoot.
Players are able to unlock Tawna by earning Nitro Points during the first Grand Prix and are also able to earn an amazing new Motorsport Tawna skin which lets the world know that she means business.
Beenox also plans to bring many more Grand Prix season,
We have some incredible Grand Prix seasons coming up, including one that revolves around everyone’s favorite purple dragon… (if that doesn’t excite you, I don’t know what will).
If the list of the characters is confirmed, it would set the game up to be quite interesting. The addition of Emperor Velo, Baby Crash, along with other Baby characters would seem a lot of fun.
