In a week full of launches by Corsair, the company has also launched the new K70 RGB TKL optical-mechanical keyboard. The tournament-ready keyboard features a tenkeyless design and stylish aluminum building while adding hyper-fast Corsair OPX optical-mechanical keyswitches.
Joining in the Champion Series of Corsair, the OPX optical-mechanical keyswitches boast an incredibly short 1.0mm actuation distance to swiftly register key inputs. The smooth linear motion they feature is apt for high-level competitive gaming, and each switch guarantees 150 million keystrokes.
The switches themselves are housed in the iconic K70 aluminum frame, known best for its durability and portability, thanks to a compact tenkeyless profile and detachable USB Type-C cable. And for the ones that hate keycap fading, the sturdy PBT double-shot keycaps are precision molded to resist wear and fading, keeping the keyboard looking new for years.
The K70 RGB TKL Optical-Mechanical Gaming Keyboard epitomizes competition-level keyboard performance. CORSAIR AXON Hyper-Processing enables 8,000Hz hyper-polling, transmitting keystrokes up to 8x faster than standard gaming keyboards, so your commands register and reach your PC faster than ever before. To adhere with strict tournament guidelines, the innovative tournament switch located on the back of the keyboard instantly locks backlighting to a static color and disables macros to ensure your keyboard is prepped for battle.
Corsair has been launching a few different products recently, including the recently announced CPU custom cooling kits. Some of the previous Corsair product launches include the recently launched step-by-step online PC Builder, the Corsair K65 RBG Mini Keyboards, a full range of components for the 12th Gen Intel Processors, and the next-gen DDR5 Memory.
