The AMD Radeon RX 5700 was announced a while ago and while you can buy the reference blow style cards right now, the custom design coolers will release soon. ASRock Custom Radeon RX 5700 Challenger Series has already been revealed and you can check it out here.
The AMD Radeon RX 5700 and the XT version look pretty much the same but obviously, the XT version performs better. ASRock Radeon RX 5700 Challenger Series comes with dual fans which should be much better than than the blower-style design that you get with the reference design. You can check out the cards below:

The Radeon RX 5700 Challenger 8G OC series graphics cards are specially designed with a long-life 10 cm dual fan, and 4 copper heat-pipe up to 8mm to enhance the heat dissipation effect. In addition, the RX 5700 XT Challenger 8G OC graphics card not only focuses on the outlook design, but also the ultra-high-quality aluminum alloy backplate to enhance the strutting of the graphics card.
The ASRock Radeon RX 5700 XT Challenger has 2560 stream processors. The graphics card has a 1650 MHz base clock. The Game clock speed is 1795 MHz and it can boost to 1905 MHz. This is an improvement over the reference design model which has a base clock speed of 1605 MHz, 1755 MHz Game clock speed and 1905 MHz Boost clock speed.
