Studio Wildcard has announced that ARK: Survival Evolved will be free to play for PC players all throughout this weekend, in order to celebrate the final expansion of ARK: Survival Evolved season pass.

The third and final expansion is called ARK: Extinction, and is the final piece of the ARK: Survival Evolved season pass. And to mark this occasion, you will be able to play the base version of the game for free on PC until 11 November.

This is a very good chance if you are not familiar with the ARK world as this opportunity is limited time only on Steam. If you like what you play, you can even buy the game at a discounted price on Steam as well. The game is have a 60% off and will only cost you $20, while the season pass is also being offered at a discounted price of $29.24 which is down 35%.

Meanwhile, Extinction being the last expansion of ARK: Survival Evolved, it brings in a new map that promises to deliver the long awaited end to the ARK Storyline, while also returning from the storyline from where it began and ends back on Earth.
