Developer D20Studios has announced the release date for its roguelike adventure Abalon. Abalon is currently available on PC in Early Access and it will release into its full release version 1.0 on May 11, 2023. Abalon was previously known as Summoners Fate however the name was later changed to Abalon. Abalon is a turn-based tactics game blended together with card strategy wrapped in a roguelike adventure focused on exploration, survival, and defeat powerful bosses. The game was released in its Early Access form back in June 2023 and since its release, players have greatly liked it and it is currently sitting at a Very Positive ranking with 152 reviews. The game has been dubbed as a successful combination of Magic: The Gathering, D&D, and Final Fantasy Tactics by the players which shows that the game is currently in pretty good shape.

A free demo of Abalon is currently available on PC via Steam which gives you a small taste of the full game and if you want to jump into the game right now, you can purchase and get involved with the Early Access version of the game. The full 1.0 version of Abalon will be released on May 11, 2023, and until then, the game will be in its Early Access form. The developer D20Studios has also announced a multiplayer title Abalon Arena set in the same universe. However additional details on this new game that will focus on competitive and cooperative multiplayer will be shared later.
