Publisher Focus Entertainment and developer Asobo Studio have announced the launch of the Performance Mode for A Plague Tale: Requiem. The much-awaited Performance Mode is now live for A Plague Tale: Requiem on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X. The latest patch added the 60 frames per second option for PS5 and Xbox Series X along with additional options to optimize the graphical performance on PC. The new Performance Mode will allow you to play A Plague Tale: Requiem with a silky smooth 60 FPS on both PS5 and Xbox Series X as you embark on a breathtaking, emotional adventure through a rough medieval world twisted by supernatural forces. The game offers a sense of history and strong narrative direction complete with intense stealth and action gameplay. Naturally, in the Performance Mode, the visual fidelity of the game will drop a little for those much-needed frames. You can now choose between the Resolution Mode which offers the maximum visual effects or the Performance Mode which dampens the visual effects in favor of frames.
PC Players will be happy to know that the latest patch brings additional options to optimize the game’s graphical performance. Apart from this, the latest patch will also bring several bug fixes across all platforms including the Xbox Series S. Since its release, A Plague Tale: Requiem has garnered positive critical response from critics as well as players. It has also won several rewards and nominations as well. Some of them include:
