Blasted Steps is a challenging area in Hollow Knight: Silksong, and if you are planning to buy its map, you are in for some exploration. Unlike most maps, Shakra is not near any of the starting entrances of Blasted Steps, which means that you will need to go to the middle of the area to get the map. Blasted Steps Map Guide – Hollow Knight: Silksong
We will begin this map hunt in Shellwood’s top-left exit, which leads to Blasted Steps’ lower areas. We have marked the starting location on the map below:
For this map, you must have the Wall Cling, Swift Step, and Drifter’s Cloak. From the starting location, head left and into the next area. Keep sprinting towards the left side, jump over the chasm, and keep heading left. Ahead, some rocks will fall on you. Do not stop and keep going left. When you arrive at a small platform on the floor, stop and start heading up. Use the Wall Cling to reach the platform above.
You only have to reach the platform above this floor. Once you are above, head right until you reach some spikes. Go up from there and turn right above to enter the next area. Keep going left, and you will reach a locked bench.
You can spend 80 Rosaries here to purchase this bench and save the game. After saving, you can continue on your path to the left side and enter the sandstorm area. Use the platforms to go left and avoid falling into the sand where worms are waiting for you to make a mistake. After landing on the first proper floor, jump back right and then left again to reach a platform with a big enemy holding a shield.
Keep heading left, but on the left side of this enemy, you have to go to the platform, which is a little higher than you are. Do not go to the platform below. If you fall, jump back up and try again for the platform above you.
Go further left, and at the end, you will find some more sandworms. You will need to jump and climb to the wall on the opposite side, and from there, move above this area.
Go above and then start heading right to find some Corrupted Pilgrims. Avoid them or fight them, but when you want to move ahead, go right and jump off the platform and glide forward to land on one of the two platforms suspended ahead.
From there, land on the platform below with some dead bugs and move to the right again to jump and glide some more towards platforms. This time, you must aim for the wall of the platforms, cling to it, and then climb up.
Now, head all the way to the right of this section. There are some enemies and chasms in your way, but you can jump over them. Find the door and enter it to reach the next room. In the next room, jump and glide over the next big chasm, but avoid the red bee. Land on the next platform, and you will see Shakra’s rings on the floor. Go through the door to enter the next room, where you will find Shakra. Make sure to use the platforms and avoid falling into the sand to reach Shakra. She will sell you the map for 70 Rosary Beads.
