Hunter’s March is not a very big place, but it is one of the toughest places in Hollow Knight: Silksong because not only does this place start with a tough miniboss, but it also has the toughest platforming sections that you will find in the game. The map merchant itself sits inside a boss rush area, so this is simply one of the toughest places to be in the game. However, acquiring its map is equally important so that you can figure out where you are going. Hunter’s March Map Guide – Hollow Knight: Silksong
For acquiring the Hunter’s March Map in Hollow Knight: Silksong, you will first need to head to the leftmost side of The Marrow to fight the Ant Skull boss. He is found in the location below:

Once you have defeated the miniboss, head right, and you will find yourself inside the proper Hunter’s March area. When you come across the red flowers, you will need to dive at them to bounce off them to progress. The boss arena only has one of these to give you a general idea. Cross it and move into the next location.
The next room will have some red ants, both crawling and flying ones, so apart from using the flowers to navigate higher, you will also need to avoid/fight these ants. There are three sections of these red flowers, so complete them all to find yourself at the top of the room to progress into the next room. The next room is quite big, and you can pick either going up or down. You just need to reach the door to the next room on the right side, whichever path you choose, kill/avoid enemies that come your way, and use the red flowers to jump over the spikes to reach this door.
The next room also has some red flower platforming sections, so keep moving right. After crossing the first section of this room, you will arrive in the boss rush arena, where Shakra will join you as well. Kill all of the red ants, and you will clear the boss rush arena.
Once the boss battle is complete, you can speak with Shakra and purchase the Hunter’s March Map from him for 70 Rosary Beads. He will also sell you other map accessories for the right price.
