Bandai Namco will be launching the Ace Combat 7: 25th Anniversary DLC with the Experimental Aircraft Series, as announced by the developer in a video trailer. The DLC will see the addition of three USAF aircraft that you will be able to fly in the game.
In addition to the three planes, the DLC will also add in several skins for aircraft already in the game, that you can then apply on your aircraft.

According to Gematsu, the three USAF fighter aircraft that will be brought into the game in the DLC are:
- F-15 S/MTD short (Takeoff and Landing / Maneuver Technology Demonstrator)
- FB-22 Strike Raptor (Stealth Fighter Bomber)
- F-16XL (New Advanced Technical Fighter)

- Grabacr Skin (Su-47 Berkut)
- Ofnir Skin (Su-37 Terminator)
- Sorcerer Skin (F-15 S/MTD)
- Wizard Skin (F-16XL)
- O.E. Skin (YF-23 Black Widow II)
- Varcolac Skin (A-10C Thunderbolt II)
- Huckebein Skin (MiG-21bis Fishbed)
- Markov Skin (Su-35S Flanker-E)
- Red Moon Skin (MiG-29A Fulcrum)
- Markov Skin (Su-57)
- Flash Skin (FB-22 Strike Raptor)
- Butterfly Master Skin (CFA-44 Nosferatu)

In addition to the new planes and skins in this DLC, Bandai Namco Studio’s Sound Team and composer Keiki Kobayashi have been releasing the remixes of the game’s soundtrack in celebration of the 25th Anniversary of the series. You can check out the remixes on the Ace Combat YouTube channel.
Now to the big question of when you can get your hands on the DLC. The announcement by Bandai Namco has only stated that it will be releasing the DLC this spring, so we don’t have a confirmed date as of right now. We expect a release date announcement with more information to come out pretty soon in the coming weeks, if not before.
