Under development at Iteria Games, Compound Fracture is a new dino FPS which is heavily inspired by retro shooters. The game was officially revealed on Twitter by one of the developers Austin Shaeffer, who also shared a 1 minute WIP gameplay video of the game which shows promising retro gameplay that reminds us of Dino Crisis and Resident Evil titles from the PS1 era.
While the gameplay teaser is pretty small, it shows the main character roaming an abandoned facility looking around for ammo and supplies and also gets up close and personal with some dinos before what it looks like getting attacked by one as well. The environments are looking really dark and gritty and it might be because the developer is going for a more spooky and survival setting rather than a trigger-happy dino killing fest. It will be single-player only and will have a story making it a linear story-driven FPS.

The game and its setting are officially described as:
ChronoGas is a global supplier of oil and petroleum products to hundreds of enterprise customers around the world. Pursuant to federal law, they have been scheduled for an unannounced safety inspection.
You play as the safety inspector who, in the course of your inspection, discovers a dark secret. The game is a linear action survival horror FPS exploring multiple distinct areas of The Compound.
While there will be plenty of action and fast paced shooting, ammo conservation and efficiency will be constant concerns for the player. They will be faced by distinct enemy types and will need to modify their weapons to meet the challenge.
Additional details about the game will be shared by the developer later and currently, we do not have a release date for the title as well. The initial release is planned for PC via Steam however the developer also wishes to release Compound Fracture on consoles later including Nintendo Switch. A Steam page for Compound Fracture is now live and you can add the game to your Wishlist right now by heading to the page.
