Creators of the popular game House Flipper and The Tenants have brought a new game announcement at the PC Gaming Show, called The Constructors. Now that you are done cleaning and renovating filthy houses, it’s time to run your own construction company.
Ancient Forge Studio and Frozen District have worked together on the new game, inviting players into the world of a large-scale construction project development.

Become the owner of a construction company and help rebuild Wondersville’s crumbling urban landscape. Design new neighborhoods, hire contractors to execute your vision, and try to stay calm handling your clients. Will you play by the rules or cut corners to maximize your profits?
As the company’s owner, you will have tasks such as designing new neighborhoods and hiring contractors to work on your projects. Unleash your creativity and build the neighborhood of your dreams. You can adjust your design to fit your client’s needs, deciding on materials, the number of floors, shape of the apartments, windows, and the type of lighting a hallway would require. There is a large collection of outdoor amenities to choose from to make your estates more appealing.
The Constructors brings an exciting set of features:
- Look for and auction land to build your properties on.
- Collect all the required licenses and permits.
- Design estates, buildings, and premade flats.
- Focus on eco-friendly solutions in construction.
- Deal with environmental issues (flooding, poor road access to the building site, etc.).
- Handle production roadblocks such as protests from eco-friendly organizations, neighbors, native inhabitants, etc.
- Prepare for the change of seasons and their impact on the construction process.
