Avengers: End Game trailer dropped earlier this week and with new Fortnite update 7.01 already out, dataminers started looking around for clues that could connect Thanos return to Fortnite. Dataminers have discovered few clues which hint at possible crossover and Thonos’ return again in the game.
lucas7yoshi_ on twitter posted a sound filed titled as “Carmine_Disapear_01” and in its description it was mentioned that the file was found in the recent update of Fortnite and that Carmine is the name closely related with Thanos event. Take a look here.

Another dataminer FortTory also discovered more clues after poking around in the recent update of Fortnite. He too spotted references related to the word ”Carmine”. Carmine was previously used as codename for the original Infinity Gauntlet limited timed mode in Fortnite. Take a look here.

It is unclear at this time of Thanos return to Fortnite. However, Avengers: Engame trailer recently dropped and now dataminers have discovered files in the recent patch of Fortnite. If you connect the dots, the timing is perfect and this all could not be just a co-incidence. Thanos may return to the game.
Thanos first appeared this year in May as a limited timed mode. Players rush out in the wild to find the Infinity Gauntlet. It transformed players into Thanos to use the infinity stones and crush players in the match.
We can possibly see Thanos return to Fortnite sometime around May this year. Thanos’ first appearance was tweaked and balanced as he was considered overpowered. Now, Fortnite will not need to re-tweak on the Titan as the work is already done on it.
