Ten-Ten Rooms Ten Seconds

Indie publisher Ratalaika Games along with developer Bworg have announced the launch of their upcoming challenging and brutal platformer Ten-Ten Rooms, Ten Seconds. The game will launch next week on June 3, 2022, where it will be available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.

Ten-Ten Rooms, Ten Seconds is an addictive, satisfying, but challenging game that you can start up any time if you have a few minutes to spare. This is because you have TEN seconds to live or die.

Watch the trailer below:

The game takes place across ten floors of an underground facility. Each of these floors contains ten rooms, where each room will seal the player for ten seconds, using various traps to kill them. The player needs to collect tokens that can be spent in safe rooms at the start of each floor to unlock upgrades and abilities to help them survive.

The focus of the game is to learn from failure as every room is a technical puzzle, challenging players to learn from their mistakes to try again. Learn from your mistakes and discover your own solution to overcome each floor’s gauntlet and make it to the next floor.

The game looks simple on the surface, but is just as challenging as the games of its kind like Super Meat Boy, while also said to have taken influence from modern games such as those in the souls-like genre.

Ten-Ten Rooms, Ten Seconds also has an easy/casual mode for trophy hunters or players who just want to casually experience the game. This easy mode will allow for optional invincibility so you can simply enjoy the story.

However, if you want the toughest challenge, there is an optional Hell Mode that adds more threats in each room.
