Epic Games has released a new update for Fortnite and the v8.51 update adds the previously leaked Shadow Bombs and a new weapon Duet to the game. Apart from the addition of the new Shadow Bombs to the game, the new update does not do anything apart from a few small fixes for different items. The confirmation came from the official patch notes released by Epic Games on their website.
Shadow Bomb is an exclusive item for the battle royale mode. Apart from the addition of Shadow Bomb, sound effects for the Jetpacks have also been fixed as they were too loud in the game. It also fixes a Victory Royale animation in the LTMs. Apart from this, the battle royale gets nothing in the new update.
Coming to Save The World, a brand new weapon has been added to the PvE mode of the game. The Duet is a high damage assault rifle which features a large magazine size and it is available in the store for one week only. Creative mode gets a new theme Diner and some bug fixes apart from the Shadow Bomb.

Shadow Bombs are the ultimate stealth weapon in the game. Use the Shadow Bomb and it will make you invisible for 6 seconds. During these 6 seconds, you can get around your enemies and get in the perfect place to attack them. However, during these six seconds, you will not be able to build, attack or loot and the invisibility also decreases near the end of the six seconds.
While in the invisibility state, you can, however, double jump and wall jump as well as get increased movement speed. The weapon in Uncommon and you can hold 6 at one time. Find one from Floor Loot, Chests, Supply Llamas or Supply Drops and get ready to surprise your enemies from behind.
