Sega has announced to be bring four new Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games that will include Mario and Sonic. The announcement was made during the first day of the Sega Fes 2019 event. The games are being developed in partnership with the International Olympic Committee.
The official Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games will be exclusive to Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4, according to the official announcements. A trailer was also released that you can look below:
The first of the games to come out is named Tokyo 2020 Olympics: The Official video Game, where it will be released this summer for the Nintendo Switch console. Following the first game, the second features the iconic characters Mario and Sonic. Both come together in a game called Mario and Sonic at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, and is set to come out in winter of 2019.
A third features the same characters again, with the title Mario and Sonic at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games Arcade Game. where players can hit, run, jump and enjoy the Olympic games in an arcade cabinet.
Lastly, an official Tokyo 2020 Sonic at the Olympic Games is going to be out for mobile devices and will be released next year in 2020. The game will feature tons of Olympic games with simple controls.
