Risen on the volcanic island of Faranga which is inhabited by vicious creatures and is ruled by the enigmatic Don Esteban. Under his rule, ruins have risen from the ground across Faranga as dangerous monsters have slowly taken control of the island. Among all of this, the Inquisitor Mendoza arrives on the island as he wants to investigate but requires your assistance desperately. In Risen, you will find yourself caught between rebellion, tyranny, and mystic rituals and the final decision of what will happen will ultimately lie in your hands.
