Rockstar has revealed online for Red Dead Redemption 2. The Red Dead online will come initially as beta access to players own the copy of the game. The game is set to launch on October 26, 2018. The online feature will release later in November 2018.

Developers at Rockstar have post-launch plans for Red Dead online. The post-launch updates will bring more content to already released game. It will also add new missions to game. Developers further said:
Red Dead Online is planned for launch in November 2018, initially as a public beta, with more news to come soon. As with most online experiences of this size and scale, there will inevitably be some turbulence at launch. We look forward to working with our amazing and dedicated community to share ideas, help us fix teething problems and work with us to develop Red Dead Online into something really fun and innovative
Rockstar further says the Red Dead Online gameplay will take the features from Red Dead Redemption 2. The online will feature cowboys and cowgirls. Players will be allowed to roam in vast world of the game, complete missions and bounties and other activities of the open world. Players can do all this alone or can easily team up with other players.
Red Dead Redemption 2 is set in 19th Century world setting that shows cowboys, Wild West, bounty hunting and more. The game is set to launch for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One only. The game on launch will only get story mode only with beta access to its online gameplay. Developers ask players to participate in beta access so that they can polish the game and deliver the product that community wants.
