Thorn is the brand-new defender in Rainbow Six Siege, and he comes equipped with Razorbloom Shell which is a proximity device that once triggered initiates a timed blast. When used if an enemy does not get out of its area-of-effect on time, they will receive damage at the end of the fuse timer. Thorn is a medium speed; medium armor operator and her loadout consist of the new custom-made UZK50Gi or the M870 as primary weapons and the 1911 TACOPS or the C75-AUTO as secondary weapons.
Along with a new Operator, High Calibre also brings with it the Outback map which is rebuilt to improve balancing and player comfort. Both the main building of the map and its exterior have been tweaked to allow Attackers to create and execute more effective strategies. In addition to this, the map also brings softer exterior walls along with some refurbished areas all around the map. The junk has also been cleaned from the map to provide a better line of sight and balance to both sides.
