Fans of the franchise would very well remember Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time which was released back in 2003 on GameCube, Xbox, and PS2. The game is considered one of the best in the franchise and it really got the fans hyped after a remake was announced by Ubisoft. However, it seems like fans will need to wait a little bit longer for the game to release. A new release date will be announced later.
Prince of Persia: The Sand of Time remake is currently announced for PS4, Xbox One, and PC and will set you back $40. The game also bundles the original Prince of Persia game released all the way back in 1989 and it will be part of the remake as an unlockable bonus. All pre-orders of the game will also get ‘Back to the Origins’ bonus set which includes:
- The Original Prince outfit from The Sands of Time
- The Prince’s Original Weapons set
- A Classic Filter that changes the screen to feel “as if players were playing the game back in time”
