Evolution Guide – Pokémon Masters
Our Pokémon Masters Evolution Guide details everything that you need to know about evolving your Pokémon in Pokémon Masters.
Understanding the Evolution Mechanic in Pokémon Masters
One of the major changes in Pokémon Masters is the change in how you can evolve your Pokémon in the game. Earlier, we have seen that once the Pokémon would reach its evolution level, it would automatically evolve into its next form but this is not the case in Pokémon Masters. While we are at it, it is also worth mentioning that the process is not even automatic in the game and only you can evolve your Pokémon on demand.
Similarly, not all Pokémon in Pokémon Masters can be evolved. Even if the Pokémon reaches the Level Cap. You must know about your current Pokémon and its evolution patterns. If it does not have any evolution, it will simply evolve even after hitting the Evolution Caps in the game. In Pokémon Masters, the Evolution levels for most Pokémon in the game are 30 for second-stage evolutions and 45 for third-stage evolutions.
Evolving Your Pokémon in Pokémon Masters
Now that you have a basic understanding of how evolving works in Pokémon Masters, we can move forward to as to how a Pokémon evolves in the game. The first step is pretty simple. You must reach the required evolution level for the Pokémon. Once done, you will be notified about a special Evolution Mission which is mandatory for the evolution. Each Sync Pair comes with its own unique Evolution Mission.
For starting the Evolution Mission, you will be required to gather some pre-requisites. These are called Evolution Crystals and you can get 5 from the in-game store for 1000 coins. After spending 1000 coins, you should be good for 5 Evolution Battles because each battle costs only 1 crystal. Once you are ready, head to battle and initiate it. For your Pokémon to evolve, you must win the battle and at the end. If you win, you will see the cutscene where your Pokémon evolves to its next form.
This is completely an optional thing to do in Pokémon Masters. If you don’t want to evolve your Pokémon, you can simply stick to its current form and avoid the Evolution Battle. That is all that you need to know about evolving your Pokémon in the game. Make sure that you check out the following Pokémon Masters guides as well.
