Sony has announced that it is bringing back the PlayStation Days of Play event and from next week, the event will officially kick off. To celebrate the global promotional event, Sony is releasing a special edition PS4 Slim console that will be only available for purchase during the duration of the event. Apart from this, the event will bring with it massive sales of games and hardware accessories.
Days of Play is starting next week on June 7, 2019, and will run all the way until June 17, 2019. During this time, some of the best PS4 exclusive titles will be on sale along with hardware and peripherals. The sale will be live across all participating retailers across the U.S. and Canada. The limitation of stock availability is there, however.

During the sale, players will be able to grab some of the bestselling PS4 exclusives at a discounted price which includes God of War and Marvel’s Spider-Man. More details on the discounted prices and the titles will be revealed in the coming days. However, the best thing to purchase during the upcoming Days of Play event is the brand new limited edition PS4 Slim.
The new PS4 Slim is a 1TB PS4 Days of Play Limited Edition which will cost $299.99 and it will be available for purchase on June 7. This limited edition console features a Steel Black color with the iconic PlayStation Shapes embossed on it in silver on the top. A matching controller is also included with the console. The console will remain available for sale until June 17, 2019.

More details on deals will be available once the event officially kicks off next week. Players will also be able to nab some amazing deals on PlayStation Plus and PlayStation Now.
