Persona 5: The Royal Gets a New Trailer, Western Release Date

Atlus has released a brand new trailer along with some more details and screenshots of Persona 5: The Royal during the first Persona Super Live P-Sound Street 2019. The title is set to arrive first in Japan however the developer has also announced a release date for a western release which is next year.

The new trailer released for the title showcases brand new content featured in Persona 5: The Royal. The game will feature a third semester which is brand new for the upcoming title in the franchise. Apart from that, we also get to see a brand new character Takuto Maruki along with the Tokyo district of Kichijoji.

We earlier got to know that Persona 5: The Royal is coming out however the main character was not known at that time. Now we that the game will feature a new character called Kasumi Yoshizawa who is also a Phantom Thief. Check out the new trailer for Persona 5: The Royal released today.

Tomorrow more details are coming out regarding the already teased Persona 5 S. The game was rumored earlier however an official tease came by Atlus earlier this month which confirmed the existence of Persona 5 S and it was revealed that more information will be revealed about the title on April 25, 2019.

We are expecting more information to come out tomorrow during the on-going Persona Super Live concert. Keep checking back for more information as we will share updates on Persona 5 S or Persona 5: The Royal that comes out during the event. Details on more console ports are also not known at this point. Persona 5 S is also reported to come out on Nintendo Switch.

Persona 5: The Royal is releasing in Japan on October 31, 2019, exclusively on PS4 while the western release is planned for 2020.
