Publisher Vertigo Games and developer Devil Cow Studio have announced the Meta Quest 2 release date of their VR puzzle platformer PathCraft. PathCraft will be released on Meta Quest 2 on January 19, 2023. To celebrate, we have a new trailer for the game as well showcasing the title on Meta Quest 2. PathCraft is a simple adventure in which players enter a charming, colorful world inspired by the limitless imagination of childhood as they use building blocks to complete increasingly complex puzzles.
As you can see in the trailer above, PathCraft is a really cute game and takes a completely different approach than most of the VR games we normally see. Although the game might seem too cute it is a pretty challenging game as the puzzles get tougher and tougher as you progress in the game. You will need to utilize all aspects of your environment, create your pathways with care and also test your wits in order to guide your little robot friend and help them successfully reach the endpoint.
With VR support, PathCraft allows players to physically go inside the game and make the world with their own hands. The game also features a detailed level-building mode that will challenge the limits of your imagination. Progress rewards you with new gameplay mechanics, environments, and costumes. To solve the puzzles, you will really need to think outside the blocks.
The developer details that PathCraft is suitable for players of all ages and players who are not into hardcore VR games will also enjoy the simple world and mechanics of the title. Previously, PathCraft was available on Oculus Go and Oculus Quest and now the game is coming to Meta Quest 2.
