Indie games publisher Modus Games has announced Games Giving Back, an ongoing charity initiative that will see the publisher contributing a series of donations supporting important causes. According to the official press release, the program will consist of a sequence of donations benefiting charities chosen to align with Modus Games’ portfolio of releases.
The very first livestream in the charity initiative will kick off today at 10 AM PDT at Modus Games’ Twitch channel and will feature Rock of Ages 3: Make & Break. The benefiting charity will receive the donation in recognition of the game’s release back in August. Modus Games is donating $10,000 to The Exceptional Women Awardees Foundation, a program that empowers and equips women of all backgrounds with the tools necessary to advance the course of their careers through coaching and mentorship.

Today’s livestream will be hosted by Modus Games’ community manager who will be joined by the game’s developers as they play custom stages built by the Rock of Ages 3: Make & Break community. After today’s livestream, a future schedule will be shared later which will reveal all upcoming events which will feature developers and community guests. All future events will be in support of additional worth causes as well.
