Two Asian stores have apparently leaked the release date of the upcoming Mass Effect Legendary Edition. The two stores include the online store based in Singapore Shopitree and the Indonesian game store GSShop. Both of the shops listed the game for sale on their stores and mentioned the release date of the Mass Effect Legendary Edition to be March 12, 2020.
Ever since its reveal on the N7 Day last year, fans have been waiting for a confirmed release date of the collection. We all knew that the collection was supposed to release in Spring 2021 however now it seems that the collection will arrive on March 12, 2021, if the listing is true with the listing. Naturally, both the listings are now gone however, WCCFTECH was quick to snap some pictures and we have them below for you as well courtesy of them.
Despite both stores providing the same date, there is no official word from either EA or Bioware so this could still be wrong. We will have to wait for the official announcement and only then we can be really sure that the release date is true or not. EA and Bioware have been silent ever since the announcement of the Legendary Edition however March does out the release in the anticipated launch window of Spring 2021.
Mass Effect Legendary Collection will include all three base games Mass Effect, Mass Effect 2, and Mass Effect 3 will all of their DLCs ever released for each of the game. The collection will also include any promo weapons, armor pieces, and other DLC or packs released worldwide for the launch of each of the three titles. It will release on Xbox Series X and PS5 with enhancements while PS4, Xbox One, and PC players will also see it releasing on their platforms.
