The Chapel is located inside a large building. When you first reach this area, you will see that the entrance to the chapel is closed, and it will need a Chapel Key to be opened. The key can be found outside the Chapel in a nearby area.
From the locked door, turn around and go to the right side. On the right, you will find a path that leads to a beacon. Cross the beacon, and check on the right side to find a bridge. Cross the bridge and go further ahead, and you will arrive in a location with some enemies. Avoid them or fight them, and move further ahead to find a large stone statue with a rope dangling down.
The key to this location is the rope, which you’ll use to gain the item you need for interaction.
Walk up to the rope and interact with it. Once you do that, the Chapel Key will be in your inventory. Pick up the Chapel Key and proceed back to the entrance to the Chapel within the large building. After reaching it, interact with the entrance again with the key that you now have; you will see that now you will be able to open the locked entrance.
