Fortnite Account

Epic Games has announced that the option to merge Fortnite accounts between consoles will end soon. Epic Games gave the option to merge all platform accounts into one Epic Games account which can be used across all platforms to play Fortnite and it will ensure that all players can access their visual items anywhere they play the game.

The last date to apply for Epic Games Account Merge is May 5 which is just 1 day from today. Players who want to apply for their account merging, only have 2 days to apply for it. No applications will be entertained on and beyond May 6 however, all applications submitted before May 6 will be completed.

The account merge process is pretty simple. You must sign in your Epic Games accounts which you plan on using in the future. Once done, choose this account as the primary and then choose your secondary account from where you want to import all the visual items to your primary account. It can be on any platform.

After the merge, the secondary account will be deactivated and you must sign in with your primary account on your platform. All visual items and VBucks will be then transferred to your primary account in two weeks. The account linking will be completed instantly and your secondary account will be deactivated instantly as well.

Epic Games will take two weeks to transfer all visual items from the secondary account including any VBucks to the primary account. Even if you apply today or until May 6, the visual items will be added to your primary account after two weeks. It is a standard procedure for the transfer.

However, if you want to merge two different Fortnite accounts into a single Epic Games account which can be accessed from any device, time is running out for you. May 6, 2019, is the final date to accept Fortnite account merge requests. No applications will be accepted on May 6 or beyond according to Epic Games.
