For Honor April Fool’s Event Adds a Unique Twist in the Game

Ubisoft has revealed the April Fools’ event for For Honor that brings a unique twist to the game. The April Fools’ event will remain live in For Honor for just one day and until April 2, 7:30 PM, you can experience different whimsical gameplay elements in the game. All warriors in the game have traded their swords for plastic ones and lead toy soldier armies. Apart from this, the maps also feature shiny rainbows and colorful confetti during executions.

Apart from the For Honor April Fools’ event, from April 1 to April 8, 2021, For Honor’s biggest Testing Grounds will also go live for Year 5 Season 1 and feature 7 heroes. Testing Grounds is an in-game environment that allows players to try and give feedback on proposed changes to heroes before being integrated into the live game. At this point, For Honor Year 5 Season 1 is in full swing.

Launched back in February 2017, For Honor is currently in its fifth year of post-launch support. Named Asunder, the new season brings new in-game events, a new battle pass, and a Battle Bundle. It continues the narrative arc introduced in Year 4. The warriors of Chimera Alliance and the Order of Horkos are still fighting each other however the new season Asunder brings a period of great abundance where each covenant is enjoying the festivities.

In its fifth year, the game has plenty of content on offer including a roster of 28 heroes, seven multiplayer modes, a story campaign, and an unlimited PvE mode. Despite being 5 years old, the game still boasts over 25 million players. You can jump in the new April Fool’s event in For Honor on PS4, Xbox One, PC, and new-gen consoles, PS5 and Xbox Series X with backward compatibility.
