After knocking down some doors on PC, Door Kickers: Action Squad is all set to make its debut on consoles at the end of this month. Killhouse Games has announced that Door Kickers: Action Squad is releasing on Xbox One and PS4 on October 24, 2019. The crazy action side-scroller that pits Law Enforcement against bad guys and unspoken horrors is all set for its console debut.

Door Kickers: Action Squad is an old-school side-scroller with adds a little bit of strategy and tactics on top of the ridiculous SWAT-style action which requires knocking down tons of doors. You will kick down doors, kill the bad guys with a large variety of weapons at your disposal. The game features Single Player and Coop Multiplayer along with Couch play as well. Rescuing hostages will grant players bonuses as well.

The console version will include the full game along with a brand chapter The Slums. The Slums will add 12 new levels full of doors for players to knock down and blast away the bad guys behind them. A brand new character The Off-Duty Guy is also arriving in the console release. However, alongside the console release, the new chapter and the character will also release for all PC players as a free update. This means that PC players will not miss out on anything.

Door Kickers: Action Squad was released on PC last September and it was critically acclaimed by many and now the game is finally making its way to consoles. KillHouse Games is a small indie studio based in Bucharest, Romania and Door Kickers was their first project and it was termed as one of the best tactics games in 2014.

Door Kickers: Action Squad is currently available on PC. Xbox One and PS4 versions are arriving on October 24, 2019, and the Nintendo Switch version is arriving on October 28, 2019.
