Here at Tokyo Games Show, we got to know many details on Hideaki Itsuno’s next game Devil May Cry 5. Funny you should know this that Nero is getting a devilbreaker that is actually Mega Man buster arm.
Capcom also ran a promotional video on Mega Man buster arm to be used as a devilbreaker weapon of Nero in Devil May Cry 5. Check out the video here:
All the fun that you had with Mega Man using his buster arm can now be done again while beating to pulp the demon in upcoming Devil May Cry 5. In the video shown above, you can see clearly how Nero traverses and uses his agility and sword along with buster arm to keep the combo meter high and rising.
Also, it would be a cool edition to play in 2D art style like a Mega Man game. Developers have tweaked the gameplay camera for promotional purpose to get a clear and better angle on Mega Man buster arm. However, it would be really cool to see if after post-launch or on fan demand this mode comes in as optional feature.
Capcom seems to be going all out in making Devil May Cry 5 the most entertaining title in the series for its fan base and new comers. There is a lot of action and battles in the game to attract anyone to buy this game.
Devil May Cry 5 story picks up right where Devil May Cry 4 ended. The last game came in 2008, with Devil May Cry 5 coming out in 2019, more than a decade. The deluxe edition costs $70 USD which comes in with a lot of in-game weapons and items.
Devil May Cry 5 is direct sequel to the last game. The story in Devil May Cry 5 picks up ten years later where the last game story ended.
