Axiom Archive Artifact Guide – Crimson Desert
If you have been checking your journal or challenges and noticed one missing Abyss reward, it is likely this one. The confusing part is that it looks like you have already completed everything, especially since you visit this area early in the game.
There are actually two separate locations in the Abyss under the Path of Providence, and each one has its own artifact. It is easy to assume you have already collected it from the other path, but that is not the case.
Where to Find the Artifact
Open your map and go to the Abyss section. Under the Path of Providence, select the Axiom Archive location.
When you arrive, don’t go straight inside or assume you have already finished it. Instead, step outside the structure and look around carefully.
If you turn and look toward the right side, you should notice a beam of light going up into the sky. This beam marks the actual location of the artifact.
This happens very early in the game, when a lot is going on, and you are still figuring things out. Because of that, it is common to walk right past the artifact without realizing it is there.
Many players think they already picked it up during the main path, but in reality, it is sitting outside waiting to be collected.
If you were missing one last Abyss reward or achievement, this is probably the one. Simply go back to the Axiom Archive, find the light beam, and collect the artifact.
