Play Assassin’s Creed Odyssey Free On This Weekend

Assassins Creed Odyssey Free

Ubisoft has announced a free play weekend for Assassin’s Creed Odyssey released back in 2018. Assassin’s Creed Odyssey free weekend will run from March 19, 2020, to March 22, 2020. Players will be able to play the game for free on PS4, PC and Xbox One during this time and pre-loads are now live on PC via Uplay and PS4. You can download the game and be ready to jump in the action just as the free weekend goes live.

The Free Weekend will give players access to full main game content. Anyone who plays the game during this free weekend will be able to carry on their progression to the full game if they decide to purchase the game later. In addition to this, players who jump in the game during this weekend will also get access to Ezio’s Roman Set through Ubisoft Club and will be able to keep it when they purchase the full game later.

However, if you are planning to jump in the free trial on PS4 or Xbox One, you should know that you must have the premium online services to access the free trial. On PS4, you will need PS Plus while on Xbox, you will need Xbox Live Gold to access the free trial. It sounds weird but for some reason, you will need to have the premium online services on consoles. If you are on PC, you just have to download the game and jump in it once the Free Weekend begins.

Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is set in Ancient Greece during the Golden Age of Athens. The game allows you to face one of the deadliest conflicts in the history of mankind, the Peloponnesian War. You play as Alexios or Kassandra, an outcast Spartan mercenary, who embark on an epic journey into a living, systemic world where you must uncover the truth about your mysterious past and become a legendary Greek hero along the way.

If you are planning to jump in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey during the free weekend, make sure that you check out our guides so that you can make the most out of the free trial.
