Apex Legends Season 5 Trailer Shows New Legend Loba, New Quest

Apex Legends Season 5

Respawn Entertainment has just released the Apex Legends Season 5 Fortune’s Favor trailer that shows off the upcoming Legend called Loba, along with new quest mode that will get players excited for its release next week on May 12.

While the trailer is filled with action and a lot of details that can be easily missed, we got to see Loba and some of her abilities being shown off amidst the action. One of her abilities that can be seen in the video allows her to teleport around when she throws her bracelet, allowing her to loot from some distance away.

Another very interesting thing from the trailer is the new quest mode that is being brought into the game. This will shift from the typical battle royale mode and will add some variety to the game. The quest will task players to hunt treasures by opening treasure chests. Weekly Hunt missions will involve players to fight off AI enemies and complete them to unlock a secret relic that will reward you with special items. In total, there are nice special reward items that you can collect.

Moving on to the map changes, where it seems like King’s Canyon is making a comeback but not without having a massive portion of it being changed. The southwest part of the map where one of the most popular places Skull Town, now seems to have been destroyed. While the ruins are still visible of the old location, a new mountainside base has replaced Skull Town, allowing some very interesting sniping spots.

Lastly, the trailer also features new skins for characters like Bangalore and Mirage, which seems to be items that will be a part of the new battle pass for Apex Legends Season 5.
