This Silent Hill: Townfall guide explains how to enter the Medical Centre and reach its main entrance. You first need to use a phone booth to trigger the required event, and only then can you open the gate inside the medical centre area to get past the enemies blocking the way.
Medical Centre Guide – Silent Hill: Townfall
Start by going to the Medical Centre entrance.
Reaching this spot adds a new number to your phone, which you will need to call from the nearby phone booth. Head down the road from the medical centre until you reach the booth. There are several enemies around this area, so using the save option before making the call can be useful.
Enter 496556 into the phone. When the voicemail starts, choose 3, then 2, then 1. The message gives you these options, so you can enter them as soon as the voicemail allows it instead of listening to the entire message.
After entering the three choices, a cutscene will play. You will then be moved to another area, where Dr. Glenn has opened the gate that allows you to continue toward the Medical Centre.
Once you can move through the Medical Centre area, go left into the parking lot and then head toward the far right corner.
Open the door there and continue through the next section until you reach another parking area.
Before you can pass through the main gate, you need to activate it from a room on the left. Make your way there and interact with the garage.
You can also collect the supplies and other loot inside before continuing. Next, enter the nearby room and interact with the controller.
Use it to open the gate in the parking area. Once the gate opens, leave through the emergency exit.
Before returning outside, pick up the brick nearby. You may need it to distract the enemies in the next area.
Return to the parking lot, and you will find two monsters blocking the route. You can try to sneak past them without using the brick, but throwing it can distract them and create an opening.
Once the enemies have moved away, get through the gate and continue forward. The Medical Centre entrance will be ahead of you. Enter the building to trigger the next cutscene, completing this part of the route.
