This Silent Hill: Townfall Guide explains how to get inside Jess’s House and find the key needed to enter through the back. The house cannot be opened from the front at first, so you need to make a short trip to a nearby building to get the required key.

Jess’s House Key Location in Silent Hill: Townfall

Jess’s House is located at Location 13 near Ferris Street parking.

Make sure you have already visited the clinic and collected the scalpel before you reach the house. Use the scalpel to pass through St. Amelia Park, then turn left and keep going until you reach the area around Jess’s House.

The front or the back entrance isn’t available yet, so turn back and enter the house directly behind Jess’s House.

Go upstairs and look for the room 1/2 on the right side.

Check the table in the room to pick up the Back Door Key.

Once you have the key, return outside and head around to the rear of Jess’s House instead of trying the front entrance again.

There are several enemies around the back of the house, so be careful while making your way there. A wooden plank can be picked up nearby and used to deal with the enemies blocking your path.

Continue toward the back of the building until you reach the door with a note attached to it.

Use the Back Door Key to open the door and enter Jess’s House. After getting inside, check the drawer to find another key.

You can then search the nearby rooms for any other available items. Once you’re finished, open the front door from inside the house. This gives you a much easier way back outside without having to return through the same route.
