To find the three offerings, travel to Widows Overlook Beacon, which becomes available fairly early in the game. From the beacon, walk towards the right side and follow the trail until you get to the Mushroom Village.
You will encounter numerous enemies as you enter the village. Remove them to move around without them disturbing you. When you clear the room, there will be a chest in the middle of the room. Interact with it, and you will see that the chest needs three offerings.
The three are distributed throughout the Mushroom Village, so you need to make multiple trips throughout the village before you’re back at the chest.
The first offering can be found near the chest. Search for the stick that is close by and touch the offering on top of the stick.
Once you have activated the first, walk towards the left side of the village, and you will find the second offering there. Engage with it and accomplish the second activation required.
For the last offering, cross over the space to the other side, and it will be activated in a similar way to the first two.
After you have used all three offerings, come back to the chest in the middle of Mushroom Village. Now the lock will be removed, and you will be able to open it and collect the reward.
When the chest is opened, you’ll find the Auspicious Stone, which is a type of Tar Stone that will give a melee critical chance bonus, so it is useful for players who want to boost the chances of melee weaponry to land a critical hit. Once collected, you can install the Tar Stone to utilise its effects.
