After you have dealt with them, interact with the tower and complete the interaction that is required, and you will obtain the Multi-Climate Undershirt.
This is the best among the Undershirts as it provides both heat and cold resistance in a single accessory, and you can have the benefits of two schematics in just one accessory slot.
