ININ Games have just announced the Root Double Before Crime physical edition for the Nintendo Switch, which will be released tomorrow, January 29.

Root Double -Before Crime * After Days- Xtend Edition is developed by Yeti & Regista while being directed by Nakazawa Takumi, the creator of Ever17. The game follows the events of a nuclear meltdown disaster at a research facility, but from two different points of view. The game is highly engaging and emotional, with 40 endings for you to find out, exceeding 50 hours of gameplay.

Root Double Before Crime

After the disaster, which has several survivors stuck inside the facility where the reactor is, a team of rescuers is sent to find out about the situation and rescue the ones trapped inside. However, that is easier said than done, as the leader of the rescue party suffers from amnesia, which makes things even more complicated.

The player must uncover the events that led to this disaster. Combining the stories of the different characters and experiencing every twist and turn is the only way to uncover the truth of what happened that fateful day.

You start the game with two story scenarios for you to choose from. Each scenario is told from a different character’s perspective, in which the player assumes the role of. Players must search for survivors, make the right choices, build relationships, and regain memories as they try to stay alive.
