E-Line Media has announced that it has released a new update for its beautiful deep-sea exploration game Beyond Blue which adds the much-awaited photo mode in the game. Along with the free photo mode update for the game, the developer has also announced the Beyond Blue Photo Mode competition where players can enter to win a limited edition Artovision.
The new photo mode added to Beyond Blue allows you to freeze time and fine-tune the scene to make unique underwater screenshots. It also allows advanced movement controls such as controlling the camera (orbit, tilt, zoom, blur), color (hue, saturation, gamma), effects (vignette, sepia, chromatic aberration), and scene elements such as toggling Mirai, marine snow, and flashlight, etc.

E-Line Media has also announced that the game is currently offering a 20% discount on all purchases on Steam making the price of the full game just $16. Apart from the price discount, the developer has also announced a competition in celebration of the release of the new photo mode. The Beyond Blue Photo Mode competition will allow players to win a limited edition Artovision.
To enter the competition, all players need to do is share their best screenshot on Instagram or Twitter with the hashtag #BeyondBluePhotoMode and follow the official Twitter handle for the game @BeyondBlueGame. The winner will be selected based on creativity, originality and has to be made from the in-game Photo Mode tools only. The competition is now live and will run until November 3, 2020, at 10 AM PST after which a winner will be announced on November 10, 2020.
