How to Unlock Shiny Zeraora

Before we begin, this limited-time Max Raid Battle is only going to last for a small time so you must hurry up. The Max Raid Battle will run from June 17, 2020, until June 28, 2020. To receive the Shiny Zeraora, you must fight in the Max Raid Battle, but it will be only given out once 1 million players around the world have defeated a Gigantamax Zeraora. Once the milestone has been achieved, the developer will start sending out the Shiny Zeraora to all players who participated in the battle.

Apart from the above requirements, there are also some terms and conditions that we have listed below that must be met for you to be eligible to receive the said Pokemon

  • To receive Shiny Zeraora, players must move a Pokémon between Pokémon Home and Pokémon Sword and Shield during the event.
  • Shiny Zeraora will be gifted via the mobile device version of Pokémon Home.
  • The Zeraora appearing in Max Raid Battles cannot be caught.
  • An internet connection and the latest Wild Area News are required to challenge Zeraora.
  • The Wild Area News is automatically received when the Nintendo Switch system is connected to the internet. Players can manually receive it by selecting “Get the Wild Area News” under “Mystery Gift” in the X menu.
  • A Smart phone and Internet Connection is required.
