Classes Guide – Tribes of Midgard
Our Tribes of Midgard Classes Guide details everything that you need to know about different classes in Tribes of Midgard.
Berserker
If you love dealing damage and using the Wrath meter to deal even more damage to your enemies, the Berserker class is the best one for you. They have the special ability Wrath Unleashed that comes massively handy during combat as you can just worry about dealing damage instead of worrying about your health. Berserkers also mostly ignore stun and slow status effects while they are busy mowing down their enemies.
Guardian
If you prefer tanking and want to play as a class that can absorb tons of damage, the Guardian class will be perfect for you. The Guardian is a tank by nature and its special ability is the Last Stand which allows it to bypass getting knocked out. Instead, its health just drops to 1 HP. As your team deals damage to your enemies, you can use your Guardian to soak up all of the incoming attacks by keeping the Rage at yourself.
Hunter
If you like laying down traps or setting up ambushes for your enemies, the Hunter class is for you. It has the Recall Totem special ability, which allows the Hunter to automatically get revived at the totem when downed. You can set up decoys, lay down traps, and trick enemies with the Hunter class using various items at your disposal.
Seer
The Seer class is a support class and more importantly, they are crucial for any tanks in your team. They will heal your tanks and any other party members during combat. It can also revive even when it is taking damage and its special ability is Yggdrasil’s Roots which allows it to put down a trap that captures any enemy that passes over it.
Sentinel
The Sentinel class is another one of the tanks in Tribes of Midgard however Sentinels can auto-generate their health as well. It can stun-lock enemies for setting them up for the DPS players and its special ability Shield Ring throws a shield on the ground which deals damage to all enemies that it hits.
Ranger
Ranger prefers staying at the back and striking from a distance. If you prefer hit-and-run combat, you will like the Ranger class. They can shoot arrows from a distance and also recover their arrows. Their movement speed is relatively high giving them a movement advantage during different combat scenarios. Their special ability Piercing Arrows allows them to shoot arrows that can pierce enemies and deal massive damage.
Warden
If you prefer crafting, using different items, and trading, the Warden class is for you. Warden excels at crafting, trading, and traveling back to the village instantly in case of an attack. Wardens unlock Aesir Contrsuctions for your village. Apart from this, they are pretty basic.
Warrior
Warrior is your basic all-rounder class in the game. They have decent attacks and come packed with spells as well. Every third hit by them deals double damage and they can also regenerate their mana making them an excellent choice for new players. Their special ability Untamed Ashes allows you to self-revive yourself if you are downed.
