Bloober Team’s latest phycological horror title The Medium is now out and unlike the previous titles, The Medium comes loaded with various collectibles for you to find in every level of the game. One of the collectibles in the game is Echoes which are also the most common collectible that you can find in the game and this The Medium Echoes Locations Guide will help you find all of them in the game.

Our The Medium Echoes Locations Guide details the locations of all the echoes that you can find and collect in The Medium.
Echo #1 – Look for it sitting on the side of the phone in the Niwa parking lot right when you are entering the hotel.
Echo #2 – After climbing the dumpster to get inside the hotel, check on the left side where you will find this echo on the side of some suitcases and shoes.
Echo #3 – While you are exploring the other dimension inside the hotel, make your way to the bathroom and enter the next room where you can drop down a hole. The echo is the telephone in this room on the right side.
Echo #4 – While you are inside Ursula’s room, check for the bottle of pills in the bathroom sink.
Echo #5 – After obtaining the razer and getting access to the next room, you can find this echo in the bathroom sink of the next room.
Echo #6 – After reaching the pool, check one of the corners for this echo where the are is blocked off.
Echo #7 – Now go back and jump inside the pool to find the echo near the blocked off area.
Echo #8 – After exploring the pool area, you will crawl through a small hole and get access to another room, head straight and look for the echo which is a pair of shorts.
Echo #9 – Follow Sadness with your Spirit Vision and look for this echo at a toy top.
Echo #10 – Now that you are going back down, check inside the pool for this particular echo.
Echo #11 – Near the pool, there is a small alcove with blood on it. The next echo is sitting here.
Echo #12 – When you arrive back in the shower room, move the cart out of the way and you will find the echo here.
Echo #13 – Exit through the door from where the Maw entered and left and reach the Examination Hall ahead where you will find this echo on a wall.
Echo #14 – Once you have encountered the Maw, head towards the manager’s room and look for a signed photo of a ballerina.
Echo #15 – 18 – You will find four echoes at this spot. Find the missing piece of paper at the foot of the bed and then interact with the numbers in Vivienne’s room. This will give you Echoes 15, 16, 17 and 18.
Echo #19 – Once you are back in the real world, head to the conference room and check the phone inside it to collect the echo.
Echo #20 – When you arrive in the room with numbered chairs and the roll call, you will find an ash tray sitting on the desk in front of the room which will give you the collectible.
Echo #21 – Once Nicholas and Tori are freed, you will head through a hole and find a wheelchair ahead. This is your next echo.
Echo #22 – After arriving in the Dayroom, make your way to the left side and look for a drawing of a horse.
Echo #23 – After arriving in the Teacher’s Room, find the pen case on the table to collect this echo.
Echo #24 – Once you are back in control of Marianne and are finally outside, turn left at the intersection and look for a bench with a phone on it. This is the echo.
Echo #25 – Once you’ve exhausted the conversation with Sadness on the swing, keep heading forward until you come to a fence. There is a tyre near here with the echo on it.
Echo #26 – Now look to the left of the tyre where you will find some cigarette packs. The next echo is here.
Echo #27 – Now go back to the swing where you spoke with Sadness and this time make your way to the right of the swing. There is a small shack here and inside, you will find the echo on a horse sitting on a bench.
Echo #28 – Now move to the next room and collect the echo on the tape recorder near some junk.
Echo #29 – Now turn right and look for a suitcase which has the next echo.
Echo #30 – Make your way to the basement of the Red House and collect the echo from the teddy bear near the back wall.
Echo #31 – On the right side of the teddy bear, you will find a syringe which is your next echo.
Echo #32 – When you come to the first room in the Red House’s basement, there is a shoe right in front of you which is an echo.
