Noodlecake and Drastic Games have released a brand-new trailer for their upcoming rhythm-based looter shooter Soundfall. Combining two different mechanics, Soundfall is a unique title that is arriving this Spring and had its worldwide debut during The MIX’s 10th Anniversary Online Showcase today. The latest trailer officially revealed the release window of the game as well.

In Soundfall, you play as Melody, a Guardian of Harmony – a musical guru mysteriously transported to the world of Symphonia by the Composers to battle the forces of Discord. Under threat, Symphonia, a world where music comes to life, you will be fighting your way through the forces of Discord. Your journey will take you through the corrupted Timbrelands where you will eradicate Discordians and restore harmony to the world.
You will have access to powerful abilities, legendary weapons, and endearing allies throughout your journey. The gameplay involves timing actions to the beat of over 100+ songs in the game. The PC version of the game will allow you to import your very own songs to the game as well. Each of the five playable characters in the game come with their own abilities, weapons, and play styles with over 500 pieces of equipment to gather.
Apart from the single-player campaign, you will be able to battle up to three friends in local and online multiplayer as well. Soundfall is slated for release in Spring 2022 for Nintendo Switch, PC via Steam and Epic Games Store, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PS4, and PS5.
