Possum House Games has released a new trailer for their upcoming demonic shooter Shot in the Dark which also reveals the game’s launch date. According to the new trailer, it turns out that you do not have to wait much longer to play this fast-paced demonic shooter.
Shot in the Dark is a classic western tale that follows the story of a lone bandit as he travels on a trail of vengeance against demons, cultists, and other horrors hiding in the dark. The game offers a unique challenge by combining a nail-biting pixel-perfect platformer that encourages precise point and clock shooting. One miss and you will be dead.
The unique art style of the game has you looking for glowing red eyes on the screen and shadows moving through trees and figures lurking in the night. Most of the enemies become visible right before they strike so you have to be extremely quick on your trigger to survive in the game. You must always be looking for movement in the tall grass and sometimes, you just need to take a shot in the dark.
