Sean Bean who is known for his many dying roles, has been added to another list as the first Elusive Target in the upcoming Hitman 2. It seems safe to say that his death will feature in the story as Agent 47’s first target.
A trailer released by IO Interactive shows Sean Bean as your first Elusive Target when you play the game as it launches on November 13, 2018. The game will come for Playstation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
Sean Bean will take the role of Mark Faba, who is an MI5 agent turned into a paid killer. Many know him as The Immortal because of the reputation of Faba as a master capable of pretending to be dead. The ICA (International Contract Agency) has put a price on his head and it is your job to take him out.
This isn’t the first celebrity to appear as an Elusive Target in the Hitman series, Gary Busey had previously appeared as a target in the 2016 Hitman game, with a mission premise that also involved actor Gary Cole.
The release of the first Elusive Target “The Immortal” is scheduled for November 20 which is a week after the launch of the sequel on November 13. When the mission becomes available for players, you will have the option to stop Mark Faba before he can use his surveillance, infiltration, and demolition skills to complete a contract with the Miami Global Innovation Racing Event.
In Hitman 2, Agent 47 will embark on a mission to hunt the elusive Shadow Client and unravel his militia for good. However, when he learns the truth about his past, nothing remains the same. The game will also introduce new ways to play with the Sniper Assassin mode, which is a standalone feature that brings a co-op experience to the Hitman series. The mode is available now if you pre-order the game.
There are other pre-order options, and if you are looking to get your hands on the Gold or Collector’s Edition of Hitman 2, you will get to play the game on November 9. The Collector’s Edition will feature Agent 47’s iconic briefcase and items like dapper rubber duck.
